Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, the following criteria must be met in their entirety:

Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated and products postmarked within 30 calendar days of the original date of purchase.

Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and factory-sealed packaging. Any evidence of tampering, broken seals, or removal of protective wrapping will disqualify the item for a refund.

Verification: The barcode on the returned unit must match the specific barcode and batch recorded at the time of sale.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your original order number.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return.

Risk of Loss: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. 9ZERO3, LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. If an item arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging, the return will be rejected.
3. Inspection and Approval
Upon receipt, all returns undergo a formal inspection to verify the integrity of the seal and the authenticity of the barcode.

Approved Returns: If the item passes inspection, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Rejected Returns: Items that do not meet the criteria (e.g., opened boxes, mismatched barcodes, or damaged packaging) will not be refunded. At the customer's request and expense, rejected items may be shipped back to the sender.
4. Finality of Sale
Items purchased on clearance or marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, regardless of the condition of the packaging.
