At 9ZERO3, LLC, we prioritize the integrity of our fragrances from our hands to your doorstep. Please review our shipping protocols below.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during new product launches or holiday seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Carrier: We primarily utilize major carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to ensure reliable delivery.

Estimates: While most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing, these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
9ZERO3, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages and Risk of Loss
9ZERO3, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Once the package is transferred to the carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you, the customer.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend taking clear photos of the damaged box and bottle for your records.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to re-send the item.
